Collection and Use of Information

We use MailChimp for our email processing and utilize opt-in confirmation. We use Stripe to process our payment information over a secure connection.

Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Who We Share Your Data With

We only share your data with our Payment Processor, Stripe, in order to charge you when you purchase a product or service from Veracity Technologies LLC. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your Rights Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Any transmission between your browser and our website is encrypted using SSL. Veracity Employees logging in to manage this Site use two-factor authentication. Our backup service encrypts the data prior to storage in a secure file location. Backups are retained for 90 days. Storage locations include Amazon and Dropbox.
