Document Sharing Site, .docstoc, Receives Venture Funding

Docstoc.com announced today that they received $3.25 million (lead by Rustic Canyon Partners) in financing today to enable the company to build the largest repository of publically available documents. “Docstoc is at the forefront of a profound shift in how people share and access content,” said David Travers of Rustic Canyon Partners.
