It’s been a while since we’ve posted anything about Information Architecture. That makes us wonder if interest in the industry is waning. We did find an article that was written in May 2010 and posted at ComputerWorld entitled “Six Steps to Smart Information Architecture Strategy.” The author quotes an interesting statistic:
A recent Forrester survey reveals that IA domain development lags behind service-oriented architecture (SOA) adoption, with only one-third of organizations having formal IA programs.
